The tasting menu is an expression of our way of understanding cuisine: a perspective deeply connected to the landscape, to the natural rhythm of the seasons and to the produce that is born close to us. Every creation starts from listening; of observing what the land has to offer, what comes from the sea and what is the exact moment for each ingredient.

The range changes constantly depending on the season and the harvest from a7> our orchards in Mallorca, creating a journey where technique, sensitivity and landscape come together in harmony.
